- Account Information: Your email address and name when you create an account or make a purchase.
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
- Pet Photos: The photos you upload to create your memorial.
- Pet Details: Your pet's name and any story or details you choose to share (optional).
- Usage Data: Basic analytics data such as browser type, pages visited, and time spent on our site.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for one purpose: to create and deliver your pet's memorial.
- To process your order and generate your AI memorial
- To send you your redemption code and delivery email
- To provide customer support if you need revisions or have questions
- To improve our services (using anonymous, aggregated data only)
3. Photo Handling & Deletion
This is important to us, and we know it's important to you:
- Your photos are encrypted during upload and storage.
- We use your photos solely to create your memorial.
- Photos are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of delivering your completed memorial.
- We never share, sell, or use your photos for marketing, training AI models, or any other purpose.
- You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing us.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share information only with trusted partners necessary to deliver our service:
- Stripe: For secure payment processing
- AI Service Providers: For generating your memorial (under strict data processing agreements)
- Email Provider: For sending your redemption codes and deliveries
All partners are contractually bound to protect your data and delete it after processing.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Request immediate deletion of your photos and personal data
- Opt out of any non-essential communications
- Request transfer of your data to another service

We do not sell your personal information. PawAfterglow does not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties for monetary consideration. - Subscription Data: Retained during the subscription period and for 30 days after cancellation to handle any post-cancellation requests.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for photos, secure access controls, and regular security reviews.

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
