After you purchase a plan, we email you a unique 6-character redemption code. Go to our upload page, enter your code and email, then upload your pet's photos. That's it — we take care of the rest. The code never expires, so you can use it whenever you feel ready.
How long does delivery take? +
Most memorials are delivered within 24 hours of uploading your photos. Portrait plans are typically ready in 2–4 hours. Videos and stories may take up to 24 hours since they involve more detailed AI processing. You'll receive an email with a download link as soon as it's ready.
What kind of photos work best? +
Any photo of your pet works! For the best results, we recommend clear, well-lit photos where your pet's face or full body is visible. Close-ups work great for portraits. Action shots and candid moments are perfect for videos and stories. You can upload up to 10 photos — the more we have, the better the results.
Is my pet's photo safe with you? +
Absolutely. Your photos are encrypted during upload and storage. We use them solely to create your memorial and they are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of delivery. We never share, sell, or use your photos for any other purpose. Your pet's memory is yours alone.
Can I request changes or revisions? +
Yes. If your memorial doesn't feel quite right, email us within 7 days and we'll regenerate it at no extra cost. We want you to have something that truly captures what your pet meant to you. Your satisfaction matters more than anything.
